Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with Umbra View. This policy explains when you can request a refund. Because purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd., refunds are issued through them.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If Umbra View doesn’t work for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No complicated conditions — just let us know.

2. How to request a refund

Email support@umbralink.app from the address used for the purchase, including your order or receipt number. We aim to respond within a few business days. You may also contact Paddle.com Market Ltd. directly using the link on your receipt.

3. After the refund period

Because the license is a one-time perpetual purchase, there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charges. After the 14-day window, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

4. Statutory rights

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including any statutory right of withdrawal.
