These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Umbra View (the “Software”) and the umbralink.app website (the “Site”), provided by [Sole Proprietor name] (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
Subject to your payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for your internal or commercial use. A single license may be activated on up to 2 PCs at the same time. The license is perpetual for the major version you purchased (Lifetime license).
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the Software;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except where permitted by law;
- remove or alter any proprietary notices;
- use the Software to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
3. Payments
Purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd., who is the seller of record for your transaction and is responsible for handling payment and applicable taxes. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future versions.
4. Updates
The Software may automatically check for and install updates within the major version you purchased. We may release new major versions separately, which may require a new purchase.
5. Intellectual property
The Software and all related intellectual property remain our exclusive property. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Software.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly.
